PRIVACY STATEMENT

KNVRTED adheres to the Dutch privacy law (privacywet). This means your data is safe with KNVRTED and that we only use it for the intended legal purposes. KNVRTED never sells your data to third parties. This privacy statement explains what KNVRTED does with the information it learns about visitors on KNVRTED.works.

LATEST UPDATE: 01 DECEMBER 2021

If you have any questions or want to know precisely what information KNVRTED keeps about you, don't hesitate to get in touch with KNVRTED.

Contact form & live chat

Via the contact form and live chat, you can ask questions, book calls or make requests. For this, we may use your billing address, email address, IP address, telephone number, payment details and name and address details.

KNVRTED needs this info because of the contract we conclude with you. KNVRTED will keep this information until KNVRTED is sure that you are satisfied with our response and 6 months after that. This allows us to access the data for follow-up questions and improve our customer service. If you become a customer, we need to save your details for the legally required amount of time.

Commercial materials

KNVRTED may send you commercial materials about offers or new products or services. We may do this via direct mail, email, social media or phone.

You can object to this advertising at any time. Every letter tells you how and every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block KNVRTED or use the unsubscribe option. You can also indicate this when you are called by phone.

Location data

Sometimes the KNVRTED website - KNVRTED.works - must know where you are. Should this be the case, KNVRTED asks separately whether KNVRTED is allowed to know this. KNVRTED only receives this information if you give permission. KNVRTED uses the navigation and location software on your phone, tablet, or computer for this service. We have no control over what the creators of this software (such as Google Maps) do with the data. So please read their privacy statements too.

Provision to other companies or institutions

Under no circumstances will we give your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if this is necessary for our website or if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require this in the event of a suspicion of a crime).

Social media buttons are included on the KNVRTED website. This means the administrators of these services collect (some of) your personal data.
